E04: please insert smart card - be sure that you have inserted your ca card in the right way, the arrow on the upper side of the ca card and must point towards the slot of the machine, the chip and card number facing down.
E05: unknown smart card – your card probably is not registered, please contact us at info@euro1080.tv or +32 3 460 39 30. Remember to keep your ca card in the neighborhood because we will need your card number and contact details.
E06: smart card failure: please contact us at +32 3 460 39 30 because your card is malfunctioning.
E07: checking smart card:
E16/E19/E34: service is currently scrambled: your card probably is not registered or you haven’t used it for a while and you need to reactivate your card, you can do this by following the links on the left hand-side of your screen and follow the simple steps.

To tune into Eutelsat W3@7°E

- Go to menu “installation”
- When using the receiver for the first time the password is “0000”.
- Select “home channel”
- Adjust to Eurobird9A@9°E
- 8PSK Frequency: 11 880.92Mhz
- Symbol Rate: 27.5 Mbauds
- Polarisation Vertical
- Fec 2/3
- Select exit
- Select “home channel”
- Verify changes

Make sure your card is registered online at: shop.euro1080.tv         

Be sure that your CAM- module and CA Card are inserted in your receiver in the right way.
CAM module: the name Irdeto access needs to be facing upward while inserting the cam module in your receiver
CA card: the chip and card number must be facing up wards while inserting it in the CAM module

1) Press the menu button on your remote control, a menu will pop up on your screen; choose the first button on the left side (an image of an apartment building)
2) In this sub menu you can choose to set your start up channel, press this button and then choose Euro1080 HD1 as your start up channel
3) Exit all sub menu’s and the basic menu.
4) Turn your receiver completely off, with the button on the back side. Turn it back on and wait for a couple of seconds (approx. 10sec.) your receiver will now reboot and HD1 will appear on your screen after a couple of seconds.

As a last step please note down your card number, put your card back in the receiver and reactivate your card online, with the card in the receiver.
